How To Order?

2. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 24 hours. In the event that we fail to confirm, please do send us another email.

3. The confirmation email will contain bank details or if COD is chosen, the various details pertaining to it.

4. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be announced.

Delivery Methods

1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date.

2. We normally use POS LAJU and will notify the customer through email the tracking number of her parcel.

3. For our international customers, do contact us for more information.

4. POS LAJU RATES:

West Malaysia:
RM 6 (clothes)
RM 9 (bags)

East Malaysia:
RM 9 (clothes)
RM 11 (bags)

International: Please contact us for a proper quotation.

For smaller articles like belts and accessories we use Pos Ekspress: Either RM 2.50 or RM 4.50

Customers who purchase RM 150 worth of items shall be exempted from postage fees. Unfortunately this is only available for Malaysian customers.

Additionally, we would like to state that all postal charges goes to POS LAJU and we do not take profits from those charges.

Delivery is discretionary and negotiable.

3. Prices are not inclusive of shipping or postal charges which is essentially borne by the customer.

4. Goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

6. We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the local or international postal service.
